For all levels of service, each property can have a separate checking account set up so the owner can view activity of account as desired, through online banking.

- Provide weekly inspection reports for each property
- Oversee Annual Maintenance of mechanical systems and emergency repairs
- Pay lawn Care, pool care and other household sub contractors. Additional invoicing services can be arranged
- Oversee lawn care, cleaning and pest control
- Recommend other regular maintenance projects as needed
- Prepare for and arrange for clean up after violent weather
- Prepare for guests
- Arrange for cleaning
- Quarterly reports on cash flow sent on online
