Having been raised in Terrace Park, Chasen was surrounded by some of Cincinnati’s finest homes—many built by his father’s construction company. Spending his early years around job sites, he learned firsthand the management style required to serve high-end clients and coordinate contractors long before graduating from high school in 2004.
He went on to attend Hillsdale College, where he earned a B.S. in History and Political Science. After a brief stint in politics, Chasen realized he missed the more down-to-earth clients he’d grown up with in Cincinnati. He rejoined the family construction company in 2010, immersing himself in every aspect of home construction, maintenance, and management.
In 2013, he earned his Ohio real estate license, and the family business transitioned from residential construction to residential property management. Chasen now lives in Hyde Park with his wife, Jen, and their daughter, Evelyn.
Managing the private homes of our clients is an entirely different animal than what other property management companies do, mainly managing investment rental properties for owners. Realizing the homeowners are always going to care more about their own homes than their rental properties and it is usually their largest investment, it only made sense to offer a higher quality of management.
The Drackett family has worked for years in Cincinnati to maintain the reputation of the highest trust and integrity. We benefit from our time in the construction business by being proactive in maintaining relationships with our contractors and professionals to be able handle any situation in maintaining a home overtime or in any emergency. Treating our clients’ homes as our own has always been our guiding principle in keeping our clients and friends thrilled with our services.
